About us
Dirty Bones is the creative mother company built around independent publishing, storytelling, and lifestyle culture. With a focus on distinctive voices, thoughtful design, and original ideas, Dirty Bones brings together brands that connect with curious, contemporary audiences.
Dirty Bones is a standalone lifestyle clothing brand, yet it remains closely connected to the wider creative world of the Dirty Bones stable of Australian businesses. While it carries its own distinct identity, attitude, and aesthetic, the brand works in conjunction with the photographic and magazine divisions, drawing from the same spirit of culture, storytelling, design, and independent expression that underpins the broader Dirty Bones vision.
As the mother company of Rasp & Sturt, The Nomad Company, and the new lifestyle magazine IIeleven, Dirty Bones supports a growing family of creative platforms. Each brand has its own identity and perspective, while sharing a commitment to culture, community, and meaningful editorial experiences.
A new lifestyle magazine will soon join the Dirty Bones stable. Currently in production, the magazine is called Salt + Water.
Dirty Bones also owns a licensed private security contractor business based in Australia called The Blacksmith.
